By accessing or using DivinerCubicle ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

DivinerCubicle is an online marketplace that connects seekers with independent divination practitioners ("Diviners"). Sessions, charm readings, and related services are provided by independent Diviners, not by DivinerCubicle directly.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Session fees are charged at the time of booking. Refunds are subject to each Diviner's individual cancellation policy. DivinerCubicle retains a service fee as disclosed at checkout.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: harass or abuse Diviners or other users; post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews; attempt to circumvent the Platform's payment system; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer

Divination services are provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. DivinerCubicle does not guarantee the accuracy of any reading or session outcome. Nothing on the Platform constitutes professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DivinerCubicle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
